Any order under a product appearing in the online store's website shop-moto.eu requires prior consultation .As consequence of these conditions, the consumer is fully informed of the fact that its agreement on the content of these conditions does not require the signature of this document, insofar as the customer wishes to order online the products presented in the framework of the shop's website. The consumer has the option to save these conditions, provided that the backup is their sole responsibility. Article 15: Product Warranty The consumer is expressly informed that the company Turbo Shop is not the producer of the products featured in the website within the meaning of Law and relating to the liability for products defective. Accordingly, in case of damage to a person or property by a defective product, only the liability of the producer of the latter may be sought by the consumer. Some of our pieces are technical in nature need to be installed by professionals to ensure the proper functioning of these parts.. Article 16: Right of withdrawal The consumer has 7 calendar days to return, at its expense, except for articles used or reconditioned, unless error on our part. Article 18: No partial validation If one or more provisions of these terms are held to be invalid or declared as such under a law, regulation or after a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and scope. Article 19: No Waiver The failure of either party not to claim a breach by the other party to any one of the obligations contained in these Terms shall be construed in the future as a waiver of the requirement involved. Article 20: Title In case of difficulty in interpretation between any of the titles at the head of clauses, and any one of clauses, the titles will be declared nonexistent. Article 24: WARNING Unless otherwise specified in the data sheet, items sold on the site www.shop-moto.eu and its variations are used products , our company assumes no liability whatsoever, regarding the questioning of a manufacturers warranty for a mechanical or electronic, and any loss of insurance coverage.
